Due to the special care we put into creating each bracelet, we are unable to offer refunds (unless items arrive broken, then you will have 24hrs to report via email). Please be sure to double check your order before confirming, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions! We want you to love your bracelet and will always do our best to help if something is wrong with your order.

If your items are returned due to an INCORRECT ADDRESS, you will have to pay for shipping again. NO REFUNDS.
